Make communication with your team simple and easy with Zoom. You don’t have to be in the same physical space with your team in order to communicate. You can schedule meetings, webinars, video conferences, record meetings with your team remotely.

Gone are the days when you have to use coding to build a webiste from scratch. Elementor page builder saves you time building your website with a simple, drag & drop interface. Just add your content and you can easily have your website up and ready in a few hours. 

Document Management & File Sharing

Dropbox helps you keep your files organised in one place. Share files with your team and sync files across your devices so they are easy to find whenever you need them. 

Google Docs allows you to create and edit your documents anywhere  at anytime even when you’re offline. How awesome is that! Design and edit your documents with free templates, a wide range of fonts and images. 

Project Management

Asana is an effective project management software that lets you organise, plan projects and workflows with your team. With Asana, you can assign tasks, set deadlines, and stay on top of your projects. You can also integrate it with your favourite apps so you don’t miss out on anything. 

Appointment Schedular

Calendly is a great scheduling software that allows you to schedule meetings automatically with your clients. Connect with your clients in different time zones at a time that is suitable for everyone. Scheduled meetings are also automatically added to your calendar so you don’t miss your appointments. 

Accounting

QuickBooks is a great accounting software for small businesses that helps you easily manage your business transactions. You can connect your bank accounts, send unlimited invoices, track your income and expenses, store your receipts, chase late payments and more.
